Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga is a supportive class for new parents and their babies. Connect with your body, breath and little one while creating a community with other new parents. This yoga series is a re-introduction to yoga and movement with your little one as you discover your body, mind and heart through the postpartum season. Expect to deepen your breath, strengthen and open your physical body and discover a practice that will deepen acceptance of the transition into parenthood.

Baby & Me Fitness

Designed exclusively for parents and their babies, this class is a beautiful fusion of fitness, bonding and community-building. Whether you choose to wear your baby in a carrier or not, this class creates a nurturing space for parents to connect with their little ones while engaging in invigorating exercises. It's an opportunity to embrace movement, strengthen your body and foster a deeper bond with your baby.
