Birth Support Package
Prenatal Support
2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each)
Unlimited phone, text and email support
Creation of visual birth wishes document (if desired)
Access to information and resources as requested to empower you to make informed choices throughout your journey
On call 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks
Birth Process Support
Physical and emotional support for you and your partner for the duration of your birth
Guidance on best time to transfer to hospital (if applicable)
Remaining with you for 1-2 hours after the birth of your baby
Use of supplies to support the birth process including TENS unit, theragun, essential oils, massage oils, candles and crystals
Photos and video of your birth (if desired)
Postpartum Support
1-2 postpartum visits
Unlimited phone, text and email support through the 4th trimester
Access to information and resources as requested to navigate the transition into a new family
Support with breast/chestfeeding if desired
